ABOUT BSDM

BSDM stands for Bihar Skill Development Mission. It is an initiative created by the Government of Bihar. The main aim of this initiative is to provide vocational training to students in Bihar. KYP stands for Kushal Yuva Programme. It is an important part of BSDM. KYP has been made keeping the needs of young job-seekers in Bihar. ‘Skill Development’ is the main aim of KYP. It targets people belonging to 15-25 years age group. 10th pass candidates may make use of this scheme and acquire skills, which will help them get employed!

KYP has been implemented to bring a revolution in the field of skill development. Through this program, the Government aims to create a skilled work force in Bihar. These skills will help them get employment. In short, this scheme will help keep unemployment rate in the state under check!
